We warmly welcome you to celebrate the 1st Annual Ball of Efficio ry, the student guild of Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Turku, on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
The annual celebrations will begin with a cocktail reception upstairs at the Akatemiatalo (Rothoviuksenkatu 1) at 16:00. For the main celebration, we will move downstairs to the Great Hall of the Akatemiatalo at 18:00. After the main celebration, we will continue the evening at a secret afterparty location. The traditional silliaamiainen (post-party brunch) will be held the next day, October 5, 2025, at TYY’s sauna (Rehtorinpellonkatu 4) at 14:00.
The price of the dinner card is €100 for students and €120 for other guests. The dinner card includes the cocktail reception, the main celebration, the afterparty, and the silliaamiainen.
The dress code for the celebration is a dark suit with academic decorations.

- Main: Braised beef brisket, red wine sauce, and root vegetable gratin
- Dessert: Cherry cheesecake and white chocolate crumble

- Starter: Jerusalem artichoke soup, house focaccia, and hummus
- Main: Breaded cold-smoked tofu, caramelized onion sauce, fried kale, root vegetable gratin
- Dessert: Cherry cheesecake and pistachio crumble
